Since the days when they were Aletia, we have loved the speed, service, and features from JAG. We now have 5 domains on two accounts with them for over 6 years. I highly recommend JaguarPC. Also, when you look at these reviews, please keep in mind that Happy Clients RARELY leave reviews. Most reviews are done by unhappy clients, and keep in mind that JaguarPC has thousands of customers, so this ration has to be considered as well.

Our fledgling webmaster experience in early 2002 was with Aletia.com (now Jaguarpc.com). My initial impression was that Aletia was a company that rolled out the red carpet for us and treated us consistently like royal human beings in a way that more than compensated for their own human imperfections such as when they moved servers or changed our configurations out of the blue.
It was a difficult transition when Jaguarpc bought Aletia. But after that pain, the same royal treatment continued. I never knew whether or not to recommend Aletia/Jaguarpc. But in the past few years I have had personal experience webmastering at Hostmonster and ICDSoft and some smaller places. And I always run back to Jaguarpc with new-found appreciation.

-They give me shell/ftp/sftp/scp (I think all those) access
-They help me when I am stuck
-They forgive me when my sites get cracked/attackedNo other host so far has made me feel so valued and welcome. It has been a good nine years.
